The Comments and Suggestions scheme is primarily designed to encourage service users to raise problems and issues and make suggestions to improve the delivery of our services. It can also be used to receive positive or negative feedback on aspects of our service. Please look at the LIS Comments and Suggestions Policy for further information.

If you want to renew your books or other items, please renew them yourself using My Account or the automated telephone renewal service. Please only e-mail the library if you have a problem renewing your books this way.
