The Reflexive Practitioner
Chris lectures in the outdoor studies subject area of the school. He teaches Facilitation, Development Training, Therapeutic Approaches to the Outdoors, International Dimensions of the Outdoors, Sea Kayaking and aspects of landscape management and interpretation. He conducts research that exploring the relationships between power, knowledge, society and experiential approaches to education. He is a board member of the European Institute for Outdoor Adventure Education and Experiential Learning and an advisor to the John Muir Award. Chris also teaches on the MA in Development Training.
