Dr Kate Rawles is a Lecturer within the School. She teaches Sustainability & Outdoor Practice and Environmental & Ecological Awareness in the Outdoors and her research and scholarship interests are in values dimensions of environmental and animal welfare issues and cycling. In Summer 2006 she cycled from the Mexican Border to Anchorage in Alaska where she explored the consequences and responses to climate change as she encounters them in the most oil intensive culture on Earth.
